Foster Web Marketing has a feature on Avvo.com, a site that helps connect prospective clients with attorneys who can help them, entitled "Avvo: Love it? Loathe it? Or Maybe a Little of Each?"  Some of the piece is refreshingly honest about the site's shortcomings, and the comments (some positive, some negative) are worth reading.

Karen Valihura was confirmed as the newest justice of the Delaware Supreme Court on June 26.  Valihura will replace the Honorable Jack Jacobs, who is retiring from the bench after nearly three decades with the Court of Chancery and the supreme Court.
