The Superior Court has granted a Motion to Dismiss filed by Berger Harris on behalf of the Defendants in the matter of Kostyszyn v. Martuscelli. The order brings to a close hotly-contested litigation that has gone on for over a year and half and taken the participants through two of Delaware’s trial courts.
