More New Hampshire Employment-Related Statutes

The first half of 2014 was a busy time for the New Hampshire legislature. It passed (and the governor signed) many employment-related statutes. We highlighted two of them in previous posts, here and here.

Two additional employment-related statutes enacted were: (1) RSA 275:41-a (effective January 1, 2015), which prohibits employers from discriminating against employees who disclose the amount of their wages, salaries, or paid benefits; and (2) RSA 275:71 and 72 (effective September 9, 2014), which prohibits employers from discriminating against applicants and employees who are victims of domestic violence, harassment, sexual assault, or stalking.
