James T. Vaughn's Appointment to the Delaware Supreme Court Confirmed

Judge James T. Vaughn, Jr. has been confirmed by the Delaware Senate as the newest Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court.  Vaughn, who was appointed to the Superior Court in 1998 and elevated to President Judge of that court in 2004, replaces Justice Carolyn Berger, who retired on September 1, 2014.

In due large part to its appellate authority over the Delaware Court of Chancery, the Delaware Supreme Court plays a key role in the development of corporate and business entity law nationwide.
