Glenn Reynolds Critiques the Criminal Justice System

In USA Today, Glenn Reynolds, Beauchamp Brogan Distinguished Professor of Law at the University of Tennessee College of Law, assesses the state of the federal criminal justice system and finds it lacking.  He also highlights proposed changes to remedy what he sees as systemic constitutional violations in criminal prosecutions, which can be reviewed in greater detail in his article "Ham Sandwich Nation" (Columbia Law Review, June 2013).
