Small firms have always struggled to compete with large firms, who have historically enjoyed greater access to staff support and other resources.  In recent years, technology has begun to close the gap in many areas, making it more feasible for smaller firms to provide legal services efficiently.

Melanie Heller, Vice-President and General Manager of Bloomberg Law, addressed the 2016 Clio Cloud Conference on the topic of "Leveraging Tech to Compete with BigLaw."
